1. Who we are

Futuristic Noodle operates small games including Poo-doku, available as a website at futuristicnoodle.com and its subdomains, and as an Android app on Google Play. We do not collect or store personal information that identifies you ourselves. The third-party services described below (Google's advertising and our analytics provider) collect limited data as set out here.

2. Advertising

To keep our games free we show advertisements supplied by Google:

• On the website we use Google AdSense.
• In the Android app we use Google AdMob (including optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game hints).

To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may use cookies, similar technologies, and your device's advertising identifier to show ads based on your prior activity. You can control or reset this on Android via Settings → Privacy → Ads, and opt out of personalised advertising at Google's Ads Settings. 3. Cookies & device identifiers

We do not set our own tracking cookies. Google AdSense and AdMob may set cookies or read your advertising identifier in order to serve relevant ads and measure performance. By using our games you consent to Google's use of this data as described in their Privacy Policy.

4. Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how our games are played in aggregate (e.g. which levels are completed, how often hints are used). This data is used in aggregate to improve the games and is not used to identify you personally.

5. Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and ads shown are not knowingly targeted to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your data & deletion requests

We don't ask you to create an account and we don't collect data that identifies you by name. The only data associated with you is your device's advertising identifier (used by Google's ads, and which you can reset or clear at any time via Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android) and anonymous, aggregated gameplay analytics that are not linked to your identity.

If you would like any data associated with your device deleted, email hello@futuristicnoodle.com with your request and we will action it. You can also stop analytics collection by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser, which we honour.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
